PAYMENT
- NO REFUNDS, be sure before ordering!
- Pay full payment upfront, you can do it before or after I send the rough sketch.
DECLINING ORDERS
-my art style is inconsistent and will vary depending on what you want I may turn down your commission.
-I have the right to decline your commission
USAGE AND COPYRIGHT
-I have the right to post your commission on social media ( You can, however, request to keep the commission private.)
- Commissions are for personal use ONLY. Like for pfps or printing t-shirts for PERSONAL USE is ok
- Do not use my art for commercial uses, like selling t-shirts
- Under no circumstance do I allow my art to be used for NFTS or AI
-Do not claim my art as your own. Tracing or coloring is ok for personal use and learning ONLY.
- Please credit me if you repost or use my art.
COMPLETION TIME
- Commissions can take up to 5 days to 5 weeks! Please understand that art takes time and I have a life outside of creating.
-Please tell me if this is an urgent commission, that way I know to prioritize your order
-You can give me a deadline,however, it may have an additional fee depending on how tight it is.
-I will do my best to provide constant wips, feel free to ask how the commission is going!
- I will let you know if I think the commission will take more than the estimated time.
ROUGH SKETCH & CHANGES
- I will provide you a sketch within 0-4 days
- Please make sure you have provided visual references, show and explain exactly how you want it to be.
-When the rough draft is sent, you get 7 free changes over a period of 96 hours. Make it clear if there is something you don't like about it as I will not accept any further big changes after the sketch phase.
-During my progress, I may ask for feedback as to how you want things, but these are not "free changes" after the sketch phrase. More like me wanting a second opinion.
WAITLIST
-My commissions are mainly on a 1st come first-serve basis, however, I may be doing multiple commissions at the same time depending on my workflow.
-I will reach out to you ASAP, but it may take 2-7 days.
-If I decline your commission I will let you know ASAP
-If you are on my waitlist I will let you know when you are next in line or when it is your turn.
-Once I reach out to you and I don't get a response in the next 96 hours, your turn will be skipped and be given to the next person on the waitlist
-In the event that this happens, you can commission me again. ( Sorry for the inconvenience!)
PROCESS
- Please read the TOS carefully before ordering!
-While ordering, please be respectful and kind!
-You will fill out the Google form containing all your information, If you don't know how to properly explain your commission me can discuss it more in detail in DMS or email
-After I have accepted, I will consult you and review exactly what you want. You can pay the first half at this point or after I send you the rough sketch.
-Then I will send you a rough draft for your approval. This is the time to change the sketch to your liking!
-Then after the sketch is approved by you, I will start the final piece. The final piece will be sent through email to ensure it's quality.
-Again, there are no refunds. Make sure you have expressed all your concerns during the sketch phase.
-I would love to stay in touch during the entire process to ensure prevent confusion between both parties.
